Dale specializes in business litigation, intellectual property litigation, employment law and litigation, and appellate practice. For over thirty years, Dale has successfully and efficiently resolved complex business disputes through negotiation, mediation, litigation, trial, arbitration, and appeal. As lead trial and appellate counsel, Dale has prevailed in jury and jury-waived cases in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, federal courts in New York and Maine, and arbitration and administrative proceedings.

Dale also advises businesses, executives, and attorneys regarding the negotiation and drafting of business contracts, employment agreements, non-competition and nondisclosure agreements, and insurance coverage matters.
