Jonathan’s practice focuses on complex estate and tax planning, trust matters and administration, guardianship, and conservatorship proceedings. He takes a holistic approach to planning, including the attendant tax implications, to achieve a client’s objectives while working closely with a client’s trusted advisors and existing wealth management team. He is dedicated to furthering each client’s goals and advising them of the available legal options and strategies for both their current situation and future goals. Passionate about every aspect of his practice, Jonathan also serves as a much-valued resource for both colleagues and clients.
His early practice included many forms of probate or fiduciary litigation for estates, trusts, and mental health guardianships. This background further drives his strategic planning for his clients with the unique perspective as to how to avoid or minimize issues that could give rise to conflict. He continues to handle both simple and complex estate administrations and advises families regarding the legal complexities of guardianships, while securing the court authorities needed to ensure their loved ones receive necessary medical treatment and financial protection.
