Max’s practice focuses on business litigation, probate litigation, guardianships, and employment disputes. Max also assists in advising businesses, executives, and employees in negotiation and execution of business and employment agreements, as well as aspects of trust and estate administration. He represents and assists both individuals and families in these areas of practice through diligent research, skilled writing and oral advocacy, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to ensure the best outcome for clients.
Max graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. in English and a minor in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in May 2024 with distinction. While at Suffolk Law, Max was an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 certified Student Attorney in Suffolk’s Family Advocacy Clinic, where he represented clients in family law litigation, including divorce and restraining order cases gaining valuable courtroom experience in contested and emotional cases.
